Entry Level Kit
Triathlon like most sports is as cheap or expensive as you make it, if you are new to the sport with average fitness we would recommend the following:

  • Hire a wet suit for your first year.
  • Purchase an entry level bike such as a Specialized Allez Compact 2013 Road Bike £550 or a Trex road bike, Avoid cheap second hand bikes online a lot are stolen.
  • We supply club Tri-Suits
  • Open Water Swimming

If you have never experienced open water swimming then ask for a lake induction, it will not take long and will get you swimming confidently and safely.
