A social ride in preparation  for ride 100 and the 7Oaks duathlon. Meeting at White Oaks Leisure Centre. Riding to Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, then the 7oaks Triathlon bike route (15miles circular ride), back to Dartford. Total Millage about 60 miles. All speeds catered for and no one left behind.
