Get into triathlon with GO TRI

Beginner triathlon for all interested in giving triathlon a try.

Swim 100m – White Oak Leisure centre pool (3 lengths)
Bike 10km – Around local lanes, two laps
Run 2.5km – Once around Swanley Park

Held at White Oak Leisure Centre on Sunday the 24th May 2020

Beginner Swim training: a 6 week program designed to take someone who can do breast stroke and help them do front crawl.
