Triathlon Training

FreeWelcome to our first full Triathlon training session. Each of four sessions will consist of a lake swim followed by a bike and run which will be run at half hourly intervals. First session at 9:00am and last lake entry at 10:30am.
- Short lake swim (one lap of small course) approx 500m
- 30 minutes of bike laps around the Bridge area
- 30 minute run
As well as being fun this will give a chance to practice those rusty transition skills!
