Volunteer for Familiarisation Day

The Club will hold an event familiarisation day for novices at White Oak Leisure Centre car park on Saturday 16th May 2020. Arrive at 09:15 for a 09:30 start.

This will include:

• Race briefing and review all maps
• Gentle ride of the cycle route supported by club members
• One gentle circuit of the run route
• Familiarisation with the pool, entry, exit, transition
• Transition drill explanation and demonstration
