A social ride in preparation for ride 100 and the 7Oaks triathlon. Meeting at the container on the Bridge Estate. Riding to Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, then the 7oaks Triathlon bike route (15miles circular ride), back to Dartford. Total Millage about 60 miles. All speeds catered for and no one left behind. Lake Swimming and Triathlon Training We're delighted to announce a return to lake swimming for 2022 with the lake being open Saturdays 9-12 am, Mondays 6-8 pm and Fridays 6-8 pm. Here are the basics. These are in keeping with the procedures adopted by other lakes and venues. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, please do not turn up to swim. No parking will be permitted at the lake.
