The Grand Brighton Half Marathon 2018 takes place on Sunday 25 February. A beautiful seafront course, amazing crowd support and one of the first half marathons on the running calendar. Standard entries are now sold out.
The Dartford Half Marathon is one of the longest-running events of its kind. We warmly welcome runners of all ages and abilities to enjoy a mix of urban and rural running through lanes paved with the enthusiasm of our dedicated volunteers. Your participation in this event also supports athletics in the local community as well as a number of nominated charities. Come and discover for yourself the enthusiasm and dedication our volunteers put into making this race such a success story by entering today.
We're planning a social ride down to Hastings on the day before the half marathon with an overnight stay in a beach front hotel. Join us for the ride or travel down on the day for the race.
Organised by Folkestone Running Club. Held under UK Athletics Rules. UKA Licence applied for. Enjoying a traffic free, fast, flat, promenade route, the race takes runners along the shore line from Hythe to Folkestone and back. The scenic coastal route is suitable for both novice and experienced runners alike. For those interested we're planning on an easy cycle down to Folkestone in the morning in good time to arrive at the race start for about 10 am.

Brick Session Meet at the container by the lake at 8:45 for a 9am start. Format will be a one hour ride of loops, followed by an out and back run of 3 to 5 miles.
We're initiating a new series of monthly club Parkruns with the first at Danson/Bexley. These will be run mostly over the winter/spring season with a break over the summer months during competition season. End of year prizes for best attended and most improved.
